When you have placed and confirmed your order, you will be transferred to our secure server. Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card account immediately.

In the event of non-availability of product, we will issue a credit within 3 days.

If you do not wish to pay online:

• Simply print out the order form and mail to us with a cheque for the total.

• Or telephone us and we will take your credit card order personally.

We do not retain your card details on our database.

We respect our customers’ privacy, and will not share your details with any other organization.

From time to time we may contact you with information on new products and special offers. If you wish to be excluded from this, please tick the box on the order form.

Delivery

We aim to keep all products listed in stock for dispatch. Deliveries are to the UK mainland only. We aim to dispatch products within one working day. This means that under normal circumstances, you will receive them within 4 working days. If we are aware of any exceptional delays, you will be notified.

Safety

Our coir products are inherently safe, but do ensure that our fertilizers are kept away from children.

Note that our Cocoshells product can be toxic to dogs, similarly to chocolate, and should be stored and used in a way that they cannot ingest.

Guarantee

Our product quality is assured. As the circumstances in which our products are used are not within our control, our liability is limited to the replacement value of product supplied. For successful results, please ensure that plants are not under- or over-watered. We will not be held liable for any consequential losses.

If you have cause for complaint, please notify us within 30 days of your order. At our discretion, we will replace or refund any products deemed to be defective.

This guarantee is in addition to and does not in any way affect any statutory or other rights of consumer purchasers.
