Hello there,

Parcels are sent via DPD or Royal Mail on a next working day delivery service.

Please note that our daily order cut-off time is 1pm. While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and occasional delays may occur.

Orders placed after our daily courier collection will be dispatched the following working day.

Pallet orders are delivered via the Palletforce Network within 2–5 working days, between 9am and 5pm. For orders confirmed before midday, the day of ordering counts as Day 1.

Standard delivery is kerbside. Where access and weight restrictions allow, we may be able to unload your order at a preferred location on-site using a tail-lift or forklift if one is available on site.

If you're unsure whether your delivery location is suitable, please contact our office with photos of the access area, a What3Words location so we can advise before ordering.

*We cannot accommodate HIAB or Moffett deliveries*

We are now offering delivery to NORTHERN IRELAND - please contact the office.

Delivery Options:

1. Book-In Delivery – Once your local depot receives the pallet, they will contact you to 
arrange a suitable delivery time.

2. Dedicated Day Delivery – We can schedule delivery for a specific day (between 9am–5pm), but 
exact time slots cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on the depot’s availability on the day.

3. Next-Day Delivery – Available at an additional cost. This service is not available to certain areas 
(e.g. Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Northern Ireland)
