What is PetFibre small animal bedding?

Our PetFibre small animal bedding is made from coir - a waste by-product that comes from discarded coconut husks.

The fibrous matter is removed from the hard coconut shell before going through a cleaning and drying process. It’s then compressed down into compact coir slabs and bales in varying sizes, which can be rehydrated with water to restore their former volume.

Once dry, the coir material can be used to provide clean, comfortable bedding in animal enclosures.
